Frustrated spreadsheets and fragmented logs.
For decades, HR operations have been held back by siloed interfaces. The attendance log from a fingerprint reader didn't match the leave tracker, which in turn didn't speak to payroll. Operations spent hours reconciling columns.
The employee experience was completely forgotten.
Most systems were built to solve corporate compliance, not employee workflow. Checking vacation balances required emailing HR, and download parameters on payslips were password-restricted. Software felt like a tax.
One database. One unified workday record.
We built Inkludo to act as a unified database. When a developer punches in from the geofenced mobile app, that action immediately coordinates leave accruals, shift limits, and monthly statutory payroll taxes.

We are expanding Inkludo with AI-powered forecasting, automated letters, and integrations. We are building a secure platform that supports growth while making the workday effortless.
