Employees open the Inkludo PWA on their smartphone to clock in. The system checks their real-time device location against configured office/site geofence boundaries (e.g., 100-meter radius). Punches outside the zone can either be blocked or flagged to managers with exact coordinates.

Yes. Inkludo provides native API connectors and local gateway sync for leading biometric fingerprint, facial recognition, and RFID card scanners (e.g., eSSL, ZKTeco, Matrix), syncing punches to the cloud in real time.

Overtime is calculated automatically by comparing punch hours against scheduled shift thresholds. Configurable policy multipliers (e.g., 1.5x standard overtime, 2.0x for rest days and statutory holidays) feed into the manager approval queue before syncing into payroll.

Yes. Timesheet tracking allows team members to allocate daily hours against specific clients, projects, and task milestones, generating detailed utilization charts and client-ready audit exports.
