It covers those jobs — geo-verified attendance, payroll runs, leave policies and approvals — in one system, so access, data and reports live in one place.

Q: Can employees punch in from mobile?

Yes. Inkludo installs as a PWA; employees punch in with location, device and IP captured. Punches outside the office geofence are allowed but flagged to HR, and WFH or field staff are exempt by work mode.

Q: What about missed punches, shifts and overtime?

Missed punches go through a regularization request with multi-level approval. Shift templates cover night shifts and grace minutes, and overtime is auto-calculated with configurable rates that feed payroll.

Q: Is our data secure and how does access work?

JWT in HttpOnly cookies with refresh rotation, bcrypt hashing, Helmet with CSP, rate limiting and input sanitization, with role-based access across four roles and an immutable audit log with field-level diffs.

Q: Does it handle Indian payroll?

Yes — salary structures with PF, ESI and Professional Tax, custom salary cycles, payroll runs with approval and lock, loans and advances with EMI deduction, overtime and late deductions, and payslip PDFs emailed automatically.

Q: Can we migrate from spreadsheets or another HRMS?

Yes — bring employees, leave balances and salary structures over, invite the team by email, and export anything to CSV, Excel or PDF whenever you need it.
